Do you like your pastor? Do you want to support his/her ministry? Then this is the right committee for you. The SPRC coordinates relations between the church and pastor, and members of the staff, both volunteer and paid. This elected committee serves as the church’s “personnel” committee.
The role of this committee is to support and enable pastors and staff to work effectively in leading and equipping the congregation for witness and service. They assist the pastor and staff in assessing their gifts and setting priorities for leadership and service. The committee meets regularly with the pastor to communicate concerns. Currently, nine members are serving on this committee.
